Product introduction
The ceramic-lined rubber hose is a high-performance industrial wear-resistant hose designed for transporting highly abrasive materials in demanding industrial environments. By combining high-purity alumina ceramic with reinforced rubber, this ceramic rubber composite hose provides excellent wear resistance, flexibility, and long service life.
Inside the hose, alumina ceramic tiles with a purity of ≥95% are embedded into the rubber body through an advanced vulcanization process. These ceramics are arranged in a dense hexagonal structure that forms a strong wear-resistant layer, effectively protecting the hose from abrasion caused by materials such as coal powder, slurry, cement, and sand.
The outer layer is made from high-strength Nitrile Rubber (NBR) reinforced with polyester canvas and high-elastic steel wire. This structure ensures strong mechanical strength, good oil resistance, and excellent durability under different pressure conditions.
Compared with conventional steel pipelines or standard rubber hoses, this abrasion-resistant ceramic hose offers significantly longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
As a ceramic flexible pipeline, the hose can bend easily and adapt to complex pipeline layouts without damaging the ceramic lining, making it ideal for industrial conveying systems where installation space is limited.
The wear-resistant ceramic hose is widely used in power plants, cement plants, mining concentrators, steel plants, and dredging projects where abrasive bulk materials must be transported efficiently.

Product Advantages
Compared with ordinary rubber hoses, the ceramic-lined rubber hose can achieve 3–10 times longer service life, depending on the materials being conveyed.
The smooth ceramic lining reduces friction and pressure loss during conveying, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Meanwhile, the NBR rubber outer layer provides excellent flexibility, oil resistance, and mechanical strength, ensuring stable operation in demanding industrial environments.
Application Industries
Thermal power plants – coal ash conveying
Cement plants – cement powder transport
Mining industry – slurry pipelines
Steel plants – material conveying systems
Port dredging – sand suction pipelines
FAQ
Q1:What materials can this hose transport?
A1:Coal powder, slurry, sand, cement, ash, and other abrasive bulk materials.
Q2:What is the service life of the hose?
A2:Typically 3–10 times longer than ordinary rubber hoses, depending on working conditions.
Q3: What connection methods are available?
A3:Fixed flange, movable flange, threaded connection, and quick connectors.
Q4:What industries commonly use ceramic rubber hoses?
A4:Power plants, cement plants, mining operations, steel mills, and dredging projects.
